Film equipment deliveries in Los Angeles, municipal wellness services in the Central Valley, and school food distribution in Southern California are now being supported by Rizon electric trucks as businesses and public agencies expand zero-emission operations across the state.
Treefort Entertainment and LA Percussion have each added Rizon e18L electric box trucks to their fleets in Los Angeles, supporting equipment deliveries for film productions and instrument rentals with quieter, emission-free service. In Huntington Beach, South Bay Fabrication has brought a Rizon truck into its operations as part of its low-impact manufacturing goals.
Local governments are also adopting electric trucks. A Central Valley city is using a Rizon truck with a dump-body for wellness service support, while a Sacramento-area utility has deployed a box-body truck to align with its 2030 carbon neutrality goals. A Southern California school district has added two refrigerated Rizon trucks to expand its zero-emission food delivery capabilities.
The move follows earlier Rizon deliveries in Canada, where municipalities and businesses in British Columbia and Ontario have begun using the trucks for urban routes and last-mile deliveries.
Rizon trucks operate on daily ranges up to 160 miles, support varied configurations like reefers and flatbeds and include advanced safety features for urban environments.
