2020 Honda Accord Hybrid Brings Update to EV Mode
New to the 2020-MY is an updated Acoustic Vehicle Alert System, a system that provides audio cues for pedestrians and other road users when the vehicle is in electric power only.

The 2020 Honda Accord Hybrid is available to purchase, the company announced.
New to the 2020-MY is an updated Acoustic Vehicle Alert System, a system that provides audio cues for pedestrians and other road users when the vehicle is in electric power only.
The 2020-MY Accord Hybrid comes with an EPA fuel economy rating of 48 mpg city and combined cycles. The vehicle’s tow-motor hybrid-electric powertrain and 2.0L engine outputs 212 hp and 232 lb.-ft. of torque.
Pricing for the base-model hybrid trim starts at $25,470 and tops out at $35,140 for the Touring model.
Honda Sensing safety and driver assistance technologies — which includes a collision mitigation braking system with pedestrian detection, lane keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, and traffic sign recognition — come standard.
