2026 Nissan LEAF Arrives with Lower Price, Longer Range, and Expanded Charging Access

Nissan introduces the redesigned 2026 LEAF with a longer 303-mile range, new technology features, and the lowest starting MSRP of any EV on sale in the U.S.

The all-new 2026 Nissan LEAF will arrive at dealerships this fall with a starting Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $29,990 for the S+ grade — the lowest starting price of any new EV currently available in the U.S.

Pricing and Grades

  • LEAF S+: $29,990

  • LEAF SV+: $34,230

  • LEAF PLATINUM+: $38,990

  • Entry-grade LEAF S pricing will be announced later.

  • Destination and handling not included.

The SV+ grade undercuts the 2025 LEAF SV PLUS by $1,960, while offering additional standard features and longer driving range.

Range and Charging

The 2026 LEAF offers an extended range of up to 303 miles per charge. Built-in North American Charging Standard (NACS) compatibility with Plug & Charge provides access to more than 20,000 Tesla Superchargers nationwide.

Design and Interior

The exterior features a streamlined design with flush motorized door handles, a curving roofline with a katana blade element inspired by the Nissan Z, and a segment-first dimming panoramic roof.

Inside, the cabin includes dual displays (12.3 inches in S/S+; 14.3 inches in SV+/PLATINUM+), an open flat-floor layout, and redesigned seats for improved rear passenger space.
