Fleet Services Firm Offers Electrification Program
A new electrification program promises fleets guaranteed savings — or cash back — with strict qualification standards designed to ensure real-world results.

FExLS is offering fleets a savings-backed electrification plan, guaranteeing at least $100,000 in operating savings—or compensation if results fall short.

Fleet Electrification by Leke Services (FExLS) has introduced a new program designed to give fleet managers measurable results on their electrification plans. The initiative aims to address common concerns about consulting services by guaranteeing real-world operating savings.
How the Program Works
Free Diagnostic: Qualifying fleets receive a tailored electrification plan rather than a generic report.
Savings Guarantee: Plans must identify at least $100,000 in verified savings. If it doesn’t, the fleet receives $250, which can be directed toward technician training, a conference, or a nonprofit of their choice.
End-to-End Support: FExLS provides assistance through analysis, implementation, change management, and ongoing optimization.
Performance Assurance: If a fleet follows the plan and actual savings fall short of projections, FExLS will cover the difference.
Why It Matters
The program introduces financial accountability to the fleet electrification process. With a cap of five fleets per cohort, strict qualification criteria, and an escrow-backed payout system, FExLS says the approach is intended to provide measurable outcomes rather than projections.

FExLS limits its electrification program to a select five-fleet cohort, requiring rigorous qualification to ensure fleets receive customized, results-driven roadmaps backed by a savings guarantee.
