About the Session Expert

Lanelle Duke has worked in fleet for over 12 years, leading product management for several cloud-based software applications. Duke is currently the vice president of product at Utilimarc, a fleet data and technology solutions provider.

Duke champions collaborative partnerships in her approach to product development by continuously seeking feedback and insights from customers to inform product design, enhance user experience, and increase overall satisfaction.

Duke is also the program manager for the Electric Vehicle Consortium, a community of forward-thinking fleet leaders and data experts committed to exploring and understanding the real-world cost, usage, and performance of electric vehicles in a fleet setting.
