He aims to empower small and medium businesses through innovative content delivery, advocacy for transparency, and community engagement in the business-to-business sector.

Laolu Adeola - As principal and founder of Leke Services, Adeola helps companies address challenges and achieve clarity in the energy transition while establishing sustainable operations. He recently launched Fleet Electrification by Leke Services, a dedicated offering for fleet managers to develop practical plans to lower emissions considering budget and operational constraints.
Josh Green - As the founder and CEO of Inspiration Mobility, Green recognizes the complexity of electrifying commercial transportation at scale and designed the company to accelerate the EV transition by enabling organizations of all sizes to reap the full benefits of electrification.
Tom Solomon - As senior director of B2B growth and business development at Rivian, Solomon leads the automaker's fleet sales and business development organizations. Solomon is one of the first 25 employees of Rivian. He has led or supported several initiatives, including consumer finance, brand launch, strategic partnerships, executive search, go-to-market, and retail strategy.
