Duncan Webb was promoted to head of fleet & travel for ISS UK & Ireland in November 2021. Webb is based in Birmingham, England, United Kingdom.
Prior to joining ISS in December 2020, Web was the commercial director for the Royal Mail, where he the fleet earned many awards during his tenure from 2016-2020. Royal Mail fleet is part of the Royal Mail Group and operates the UK’s largest independent workshop network in the UK with 110 locations and 40 mobile service technicians. He managed Royal Mail’s 49,000-vehicle fleet, the biggest in Europe.
Royal Mail fleet has received many industry accolades and was recently awarded the 2017 Cost Saving Initiative of the Year by Fleet News, a publication which covers the UK fleet market. This was in addition to the 2016 Transport and Logistics Commercial Fleet of the Year by Commercial Fleet, 2016 Cost Saving Initiative of the Year by Fleet News, 2016 Outstanding Achievement by Green Fleet Magazine, and 2016 Company Car Safety by Brake.
