A Colorado state senator has introduced a bill that would allow electric vehicle (EV) manufacturers to sell their vehicles directly to customers, bypassing dealership.
According to the Colorado Sun, Sen. Chris Hansen's Senate Bill 167 would amend a law that currently prohibits all manufacturers, except for Tesla, from selling directly to consumers. The bill so far has the baking of some government officials and electric car maker Rivian.
