Chevrolet Bolt EV Adds 9% More Range
Chevrolet's 2020 Bolt EV will arrive with 259 miles of maximum range with a full charge, which is an 8.8% increase from the outgoing model's 238 miles of overall range, the company announced.

Chevrolet's 2020 Bolt EV will arrive with 259 miles of maximum range with a full charge, which is an 8.8% increase from the outgoing model's 238 miles of overall range, the company announced.
To achieve the increase, Chevrolet engineers improved the energy of the cell electrodes in the vehicle's 60-kWh lithium-ion battery pack.
Buyers of the 2020 Bolt EV will be given access to Chevrolet's Energy Assist feature through the myChevrolet mobile app, which allows drivers to view and search for charging stations, plan a strip with multiple waypoints and charging stops, and receive alerts of their destination becomes unreachable.
The 2020 Bolt EV will arrive in dealerships later this year with a starting retail price of $37,495, which includes delivery charges. The model will also offer two new colors, including Cayenne Orange Metallic and Oasis Blue.
