With the Larson Electronics portable electric vehicle (EV) charging station, establishments can now deploy their own generator-powered EV chargers in temporary applications and remote areas – without relying on local power.

The Level 3 charger for EVs is fully portable via a heavy-duty skid platform. Skid pockets enable the system to be transported easily using forklifts or other vehicles.

Powered by a 120 kW diesel generator, this self-contained EV charger system does not require connection to local power grids or infrastructure.

The presence of a generator also makes the entire fast-charging solution more flexible, allowing individuals to deploy the unit in outdoor events, open arenas, car ports, parking lots, commercial sites, and other temporary locations.

This system has two accessible charging points with 12-foot charging cords and delivers 62.5kW output.

The DC charging station is designed for the following types of electric cars: Tesla, Nissan, Chevrolet, BMW, Ford, and more.

Which Connectors Work Best with the EV Chargers?

  • CHAdeMO
  • CCS1 (SAE J1772™ Combo)
  • CCS2 (IEC 61851-23)

Trailer-mounted versions of this EV charger system are also offered for quick charging points on the side of roads, as well as slow EV charging stations.
