All of the SUV's trims come equipped with a 90-kWh battery that provides 234 miles of driving range. Two electric motors working in tandem produce a combined 394 hp and 512 lb.-ft. of torque for the I-Pace.

Drivers have granular control over how the I-Pace drives. By default the I-Pace, like other electric vehicles, does not move forward when the driver's foot is off the brake. A "vehicle creep" feature can be turned on to mimic how ICE vehicles roll forward when a driver's foot is off the brake. Regenerative braking strength can also be adjusted to turn one-pedal driving off or on.

The I-Pace has 25.3 cubic feet of cargo space with second row seats up and 51 cubic feet with them folded down. It also comes with a charging cable that can be connected to a standard wall socket. Charging it through this method can provide roughly 30 miles of range if left charging overnight.
