Hyundai’s new entry in its IONIQ dedicated BEV lineup brand is the IONIQ 6, the second for the brand, using sustainable materials inside and out.
The Hyundai IONIQ 5 took top honors. Other awarded models included the Mercedes Benz EQS, the Audi e-tron GT, the Toyota Yaris Cross, the KIA EV6, and the Ford Mustang Mach-e.

Hyundai will provide 250 kilowatt-hours of complimentary charging on Electrify America’s charging network for the 2021 Kona Electric and 2021 Ioniq Electric models.
Hyundai’s 2020 Ioniq will feature an upgraded battery, an increased driving range, better horsepower, and will be available at a starting price of $33,045.
Hyundai plans to expand its lineup of electrified models to 13 in the next three years. By 2022, Hyundai will offer six sedans and seven crossovers with electric, hybrid, or plug-in hybrid powertrains, the Korean automaker announced.
