Mercedes-Benz Vans and Rivian to Develop Large Electric Vans

Subject to formal agreement, the joint venture will build two new large electric vans in a factory based in central or eastern Europe, with output expected within two years. The collaboration will combine ABB’s eMobility experience in energy management, charging technology, and e-mobility solutions with AWS’s portfolio of cloud technologies and software expertise.
