An 80-year-old Avis employee in San Jose, Calif., has been arrested for misdemeanor sexual battery, Patch reports.
The man, who works as a customer service represented, is accused of inappropriately touching a customer who was renting a vehicle in September. The victim contacted local police who forwarded the complaint to the San Jose Police Department.
The police believe there may be other victims.
